Puerto Cabezas, Nicaragua, is always a mystery, a different world, a hide-out to get lost in... A land full of stories about the other world, the myths about elphs and trolls, giants and goblins... Sometimes, I had the feeling time stopped and the ghosts, the souls of the death ancestors, celebrate, party, and you wanna get out, but are possessed of their rituals..

Here I would like to present a few samples of my work I have done in Nicaragua in 2010. We wanted to produce a very cool magazine for this country, which doesn´t have anything like comics or sports or fashion mags. Unfortunately, we couldn´t finish it due to the tough economic situation in the country. Still, I believe, the work deserves to be published... And here we go:

Monster Familia Miskita was a little project, I did 2010 in Nicaragua. My son also wanted to enjoy a funny character, so first, I developed the little skeleton balls. Their names are the months in the Miskito language. Enjoy the little bastards... :-)
Aren't they cute?? Monster skeletons love to smile and be happy all day long...
My other little family are the furry monsters, these are the ones who are named by numbers in Miskito...
