Right of Withdrawal Instructions on the right of withdrawal for Marys Farbklecks Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract regarding the purchase of our artworks and art objects within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the artwork.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Marys Farbklecks, [Address], [Email Address], [Phone Number]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the artwork back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the artwork, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the artwork to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you dispatch the artwork before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the artwork. You are only liable for any loss in value of the artwork if such loss in value is due to handling that went beyond what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the artwork.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of artworks that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. Please note that this instruction on the right of withdrawal applies specifically to the sale of artworks and art objects.
