When the time comes, this headdress will head to Colombia. Its new owner, Viviana, is a good old friend; as a proud Colombian, she will give this wonderful piece a new home. Depicted here are musicians, actors, and emerald or coffee merchants... many famous figures hail from Colombia and are known worldwide. They include Aterciopelados, Carlos Vives, Diomedes Díaz, Víctor Carranza, Gabriel García Márquez, Juan Valdez, Juanes, Shakira, and Sofía Vergara. Colombia also has plenty to offer in terms of landscapes: Caño Cristales, Mano Gigante, Piedra Colgada (Susa), El Peñol, Santuario de las Lajas, city skylines, waterfalls, and the Cocora Valley. And, of course, the country's many indigenous peoples must not be overlooked. To this day, Colombia is home to a multitude of distinct indigenous tribes, such as the Arhuacos, Guambiano, Kogi, Macuna, Motilón, Muisca, Nukak, Páez, Pijao, Tayrona, U'wa, Wayuu, Witoto, and Zenú.
